Re-work the app home screen to better explain the value proposition to customers.
Customer feedback indicates; (1) customers understand what data breach alerts are and the cause-effect link to ID usage alerts, (2) customers do not want to spend time in the app. (3) We need to do more to explain the value proposition, and have a clearer value proposition once customers are in the app.
Multi-tab flow
Multi-tab approach explores how we can increase the perceived value of the product by separating the different functions of the app into respective tabs.

Single-screen flow
This option utilises system status visibility to improve perceived value of the product. Users can see their current status for ID alerts, and Data breach alerts.
The ID health score introduces gamification and are encourages to improve their score through different measures.
